Cancellation Policy & Refund Policy

At Herbal Rhythm Care, we are committed to providing high-quality, handmade herbal products for your hair and skin.
Please review our policies regarding cancellations, refunds, and returns.

Cancellations:

Customers have 1 hour from the time of purchase to cancel their order at no cost. Orders canceled after 1 hour will incur a 3.5%
cancellation fee to cover  transaction and processing costs. Once an order has been processed and shipped, it can no longer be canceled.

Refunds & Returns:

Due to the personal care nature of our products, we cannot accept returns or issue refunds once products have been opened or used.
Refunds will only be issued for items that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect. Please notify us within 48 hours of receiving
your order with photo proof.

Approved returns must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging. Customers are responsible for return shipping
unless the return is due to our error. Refunds (if approved) will be processed to the original payment method within
