We currently ship to all 50 states within the United States.
Shipping is 100% FREE on all domestic orders—no minimum required! Our standard delivery timeframe is 6 to 8 business days after your order has been processed. Orders are processed within 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Please note the following: • We do not ship internationally at this time. • Delivery times may be extended due to peak seasons, weather delays, postal service disruptions, or holidays. • Public holidays do not count as business days. • Once your package is in the hands of the courier, delivery timing is beyond our control.
Order Processing Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email. After your order is packed and shipped, you will receive a second email with your tracking number, allowing you to monitor the status of your shipment in real time. We carefully package each item with love and care to ensure it arrives safely.
Most orders are shipped via USPS or another reliable courier depending on your location. Tracking Your Order You will receive your tracking number via email within 24 hours of your order being shipped. If the issue is not resolved, contact us so we can help you file a claim or investigate further.
While we will do our best to assist, Herbal Rhythm Care is not responsible for lost or stolen packages marked as delivered, or delays caused by shipping carriers. Damaged Items If your order arrives damaged, please notify us within 3 days of delivery. We may ask for photos of the packaging and product to assist with a replacement or refund process.
